Card reader failure at GEJ's polling unit a national embarrassment - Jega

INEC Chairman, Professor Attahiru Jega says the repeated failure of the card reader to read President Jonathan's PVC at his polling unit in Otuoke, Bayelsa earlier today was a national embarrassment.
