E-PAYMENT IN CHURCH? David Oyedepo’s Winners Chapel Introduces E-Payment For Tithes And Offering

The founder of Winners Chapel and Covenant University, Bishop David Oyedepo has introduced a new method of collecting tithes and offering in his church as against the regular way of collecting it. Bishop David Oyedepo introduced e-transact for the collection of tithes and offering in the church. Reports say there is now a big notice board set up at the entrance of the university situated at Ota along the Idiroko road, Ogun State, which says: 'Pay your tithe and offering on the go: For tithe, dial *389*77* Amount # and For offering, dial *389*78* Amount #'. What happened when I met him People  had been talking about him before I arrived the country because he was based in the UK at that time.  Everybody was talking about him, especially Miss Ene, the then Artistic Director of the National Theatre and Dr. Ashiwaju.
