Photo: Alcohol pushed me into robbery- armed robbery suspect says

A middle aged man identified as Michael Ogedengbe has been arrested by the operatives of Rapid Response Squad (RRS) of Lagos State police command after he was caught robbing motorists of their valuable items including phones, laptops and others along the Surlere axis of the state on September 24th. When interrogated, Michael blamed his addiction to alcoholic drinks for his involvement in robbery According to Leadership Newspaper, Michael said;   “It is true that I damaged the windscreen and side glass of his car and stole his handset and laptop. I didn’t do it ordinarily. It was because I just took some bottles of alcoholic drinks and liquor. I beg for forgiveness. Devil put me into the act”. He has been transferred to the Special Anti Robbery Squad of the state police command for further investigation .

Independence day tragedy: Boko Haram kills 5 in Adamawa

Suspected Boko Haram members in the early hours of today launched an attack on Kirchinga village in Madagali Local Government of Adamawa state, slitting the throats of five of the villagers, three women and two men. Kirchinga village shares border with the dreaded Sambisa forest. The villagers said the sect members struck at about 1am, shooting sporadically and killing those they came across. They said the terrorist operated unhindered for some hours because there was no military presence in their village.

A mum's breastfeeding selfie has gone viral for shaming people who stare at her disapprovingly and reported her to facebook for posting such photos on her own page. Jennifer posted a photo showing that Facebook alerted her that someone had reported her breastfeeding selfie for nudity. She wrote: "So y'all post half naked pics but want to report a pic of me breastfeeding my child? Hilarious." Jennifer Taylor then posted a photo of her staring into the camera while breastfeeding her young daughter. She posted the photo on Facebook and captioned it: "My face when people stare at me feeding my child. "Females walk around with their titties damn near popping out their shirt for attention, but the moment I pull my breast out to feed my daughter it's a problem? "Mind your own tits b*****s and let me nourish my daughter."
