President Buhari says he and his vice, Osinbajo, will declare their assets publicly after the Code Of Conduct Bureau does its verification on the asset declaration form they submitted on May 28th. The new President gave this assurance in a statement released today by his media aide, Shehu Garba. About 36 houses were burnt early this morning after a tanker loaded with Diesel lost break at Idimu bus stop in Lagos, rammed into some houses close to the bus stop and exploded. Fortunately no one was killed in the incident. This incident comes just four days after a fire incident caused by a petrol tanker happened in the Iyana-Ipaja area of Lagos state. A man named Adeolasuwe claimed that his car was in the early hours of today bashed by musician, Terry G's Range Rover. He alleged that rather than apologizing, Terry G reportedly ignored him, left in another car while his boys threatened and made an attempt to beat him up. He shared photos of his damaged car online. 

Former VP Atiku Abubakar delivered a Thank You Letter on behalf of Nigeria's President, Buhari to South African President, Jacob Zuma. Although the reason was not stated, it can be assumed that it was for his attendance at the Inauguration ceremony a week ago . 

Governor Akinwunmi Ambode this afternoon visited the scene of the diesel tanker explosion in Idimu, Egbeda aea in Lagos state. 36 houses got burnt but no life was lost. 

Jennifer Lopez is being sued by an education group in Morocco for 'disturbing public order and tarnishing women's honour and respect'. Lol. What did JLo do in particular? She shook her legendary butt during a performance on stage in Morocco on May 29th and it was broadcast on public TV. The group said JLo's costume was too skimpy and inappropriate, the dancing was too sexy, and she and her dancers were shaking their ass on TV. They said all that was too immoral to be shown on TV and now are suing JLo and the promoter of the concert. This is actually sort-of a crime in Morocco, 'disturbing public order'. If found guilty, JLo faces up 1 month to 2 years in prison. Lol. But I'm sure no Moroccan court will bother with this case
