The Civil War In APC Is Over- Oyegun

Image
Chief Odigie Oyegum, national chairman of the All Progressives Congress has revealed that the internal strife in the party is over. According to the Cable, the APC leader took responsibility for the misunderstandings which occurred as a result of actions he refused to take as the head of the party, noting therefore, that purported calls for his resignation by some party members are no longer necessary. He said: “The civil war in the party has ended. Like I said, the focus is, look gentlemen, let us not allow this distract us from the pact we have with the Nigerian people.” Oyegun also stated that he believes that fairly dramatic results would start to become a reality in the Nigerian public life, adding that after four years, he wants the Nigerian people to be grateful they voted the APC. “We want to do it in such a way that at the end of four years, most Nigerians would say thank God we voted APC, thank God we voted Buhari.” The unrest in the par

Nigerians Spent N17.5 Trillion On Power Generators In 5 Years

In a fresh investigation, The Punch has gathered that Nigerians have spent N17.5 trillion on generators in the course of five years, which equals approximately to N3.5 trillion in a year. Citing the findings of the Committee on Public Inquiry on Metering in the Nigerian electricity supply industry, set up by the National Electricity Regulatory Commission, The Punch says 23.73 million Nigerian households of the 28.9 million (over 82%, representing more than a half of Nigeria’s population) are lacking access to the national electricity grid. Capital market analysts, who spoke to our correspondent on the recent performance of the market stressed that investors, especially foreigners, were unlikely to make significant investment in the market, if any at all until, they had a clear picture of the policy direction of the government. I have no fond memories of then except having my daughters, as I am sure he would say same if asked. What people do not seem to realise is that we were together for only a very short while. The marriage itself lasted less than three years. The fact that I have three daughters makes it seem longer but I left just when I was pregnant with my youngest daughter. Did you decide to marry him because his family was influential? I don’t know what that means because I grew up in a home where I had all I wanted. There was nothing I got there that I didn’t have before. Actually I had more at home. What wa
