As Nigerians look forward to the return of President Muhammadu Buhari from his medical trip abroad, fiery cleric and the Spiritual Director, ‎Adoration Ministry, Enugu, Nigeria, (AMEN), Rev. Fr. Ejike Mbaka, has asserted that there are people who are unhappy that the president is alive. The Catholic priest disclosed of his recent vision concerning President Buhari’s ailment, noting however that several efforts he made to reach people close to Buhari over the vision had remained unsuccessful as they refused picking his calls. Mbaka, reportedly made the revelation in one of his Adoration programmes in Enugu recently. International Organization for Migration (IOM) Libya, assisted 162 stranded Nigerians migrants, including 28 women and 3 children, to return home to Nigeria from Libya. They arrived Murtala International Airport, Lagos, on Thursday June 16. Of the group, 146 had spent months in immigration detention centres, namely Abu Saleem, Qarapoly and al Zawia detentions centres. The repatriation, in close co-operation with the Libyan authorities, the Nigerian Embassy in Tripoli and the IOM mission in Nigeria, was on board a charter flight that departed Tripoli’s Mitiga Airport and arrived in Abuja the same afternoon. The repatriated migrants were received by IOM Nigeria at the Murtala Muhammed International Airport and were provided with cash grants upon arrival. An Egyptian court on Saturday, June 19,  sentenced former Islamist president Mohamed Morsi to life in prison for leading the Muslim Brotherhood and 15 years for stealing secret Egyptian state security documents. The court acquitted Morsi of charges of having supplied Qatar with classified documents but sentenced him to life for leading an unlawful organisation, his lawyer Abdel Moneim Abdel Maksoud told AFP. The ousted president was also convicted of having “stolen secret documents concerning state security” and handed another 15-year jail term, the lawyer added. Qatar was a main backer of Morsi and his Muslim Brotherhood movement while he was in power between 2012 and July 2013, when the military overthrew and detained him. Morsi has been sentenced to death in a separate trial for his alleged role in prison breaks and attacks on police stations during the 2011 uprising that overthrew veteran strongman Hosni Mubarak. The Imo Police Command has arrested Onyekachi Anele, a 36-year-old father-of-two, for mistakenly murdering his wife, Chikodi, 32, after returning from a vigil, The Sun reports. Trouble allegedly started on June 1, 2016, when Chikodi, 32, asked him to give her son from an earlier marriage, N100 to take to school. Anele said: “I got married to Chikodi over four years ago. She had a son for another man before we got married. We have been living together in peace. On May 31, 2016, I went to my church, Jesus Disciples Fellowship, where we had a vigil.
