The legal war is on, as Femi Fani Kayode's lawyers have written to APC spokesman Lai Mohammed, asking him to withdraw the statement he made yesterday questioning Fani Kayode's mental state, issue an apology and enter negotiations for N5billion as damages against him. Police in Ebonyi state have arrested 38 year old Chidi Ejem, a PDP House of Assembly candidate in Ebonyi State over a murder case. According to the States Police spokesperson, Chris Anyanwu, over the weekend, hoodlums attacked some Labor Party supporters in the state and in the process killed one Udu Emegha, 36. Police said investigations into the killing led them to the home of Chidi Ejem where cutlasses stained with blood, a gun and other weapons were found. Continue... There were revelations in Abuja on Monday on why President Goodluck Jonathan and the national leadership of the ruling Peoples Democratic Party were angry with the Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission, Prof. Attahiru Jega. A week-long investigation by our correspondent in Abuja showed that the President and his party are not happy with Jega over his insistence that the commission would use the Permanent Voter Cards for the election. The PVCs were used for the conduct of the governorship elections in both Ekiti and Osun states, which were won by the PDP and the All Progressives Congress respectively. Apart from this, the President and the party were also angry that the commission was going ahead with its decision to use card readers. This technology was however not used in both Ekiti and Osun states elections. A few days ago, a bizarre video was posted on Youtube showing a naked man climbing down from a window at Buckingham Palace. The incident was captured by a bystander who shared the video online but some people think it's a hoax as it didn't make sense to them that a completely naked man would be climbing the walls of the Queen of England's home. Plus the Palace declined to comment on the video.

Professor Yemi Osinbajo, the running mate of All Progressives Congress, APC’s presidential candidate, Gen Muhammadu Buhari, has commenced a legal action against Femi Fani-Kayode over claims that he swore an oath with former Lagos State Governor, Bola Ahmed Tinubu. He is seeking N2 billion damages and other reliefs for the alleged defamatory statement made against him by Fani-Kayode. Fani-Kayode, the spokesman for the PDP Presidential Campaign Organisation, during a press conference held recently in Abuja, Nigeria’s capital,    had alleged that Prof. Osinbajo had a secret oath with Bola Tinubu to be his surrogate as Vice President for a period of six months after which he, Osinbajo would resign. Fani-Kayode had also alleged that the secret oath was to give way for Tinubu to eventually become VP to Gen Buhari in the event that the APC wins the presidential election. According to a report by  Reuters , Chadian military officers, who are part of the West African Joint Military Task Force to fight Boko Haram, are complaining that the Nigerian government is stalling their operations to assist in fighting Boko Haram in Nigeria. According to the report, Nigerian military officers recently rebuffed the offer of the Chadian soldiers to join in the mission to recapture Baga and other towns. Indonesia is nearly ready to execute by firing squad nine foreigners and an Indonesian condemned for drug smuggling. It's an age-old worry for the men the world over. Now, however, scientists have revealed what's considered 'normal' for penis size and length. The average length of an erect penis is 5.2 inches (13.12 cm), they found. Meanwhile, the average length of a flaccid penis is 3.6 inches (9.16 cm) and 5.2 inches (13.24 cm) when flaccid but stretched. And when it comes to girth, the average erect circumference was 4.6 inches (11.66 cm) and 3.7 inches (9.31 cm) when flaccid. The British research also found there was a small correlation between the erect length of a penis and a man's height. The researchers say the graphs they have plotted, which show the size distributions of a penis, will help clinicians dealing with Body Dysmorphic Disorder (BDD), a serious anxiety disorder relating to body image. The study could help to counsel men worried about their size, or with investigations into how condom failure relates to penis size and girth. S
