The Wu-Tang Clan-affiliated rapper who cut off his penis before leaping off the second-floor balcony of his North Hollywood apartment has lost the appendage for good, according to a report. Andre Johnson — who raps under the name Christ Bearer — was rushed to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center after he apparently flayed himself during the bizarre suicide bid early Wednesday, TMZ reported. But doctors were unable to reattach the severed penis, the website reported. Neighbors told the website that Johnson managed to get back on his feet after taking the plunge from his balcony shortly before 1 a.m. The baffled neighbors said no one in the apartment was doing "any hard drugs that would cause him to do such a thing." Emergency workers found Johnson laying on the ground in a pool of blood outside the building before they rushed him to the hospital, where he remained in critical condition. According to Sahara Reporters, youths in Akure, Ondo State today took to the street to protest the state governments decision barring them from using the Democracy Park in the state which they had planned to use for their annual festival which was to hold today.    According to the youths, they had already taken permission from the State government through a written letter and there was no objection from them prior to today. The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board on Thursday said 24 candidates scored 250 points and above in the universities matriculation examination held nationwide on April 12. Registrar of JAMB, Prof. Dibu Ojerinde, made this known at a news conference on the release of the results in Bwari, Abuja. He said 315,401 candidates scored between 170 to 199 points, while 108,488 candidates scored between 200 to 249 points. He said this was the outcome of the Paper Pencil Test (PPT) and Dual Based Test (DBT) conducted in all the centres across the federation. Ojerinde said 990,179 applied for the PPT while 25,325 applied for the DBT, making a total of 1,015,504 applications for both modes of testing.

Former Chelsea striker, Didier Drogba has launched his own men's underwear line. The 36 year old football star shared a pic of himself modeling shorts from the line. Hmmm... #betterthingz . Someone has leaked Chris Brown's mugshot from his arrest in Washington D.C back in October 2013 after he and his bodyguard assaulted a male fan who attempted to photo-bomb Chris while he was taking a picture with two women. The victim's nose was broken in the attack. His bodyguard, Chris Hornsby, who was also arrested, is expected to take responsibility for punching the fan during his trial which is set to begin today April 17th.

The schoolgirl got pregnant when she was only 11 years old and still in primary school by a boy who was only 12. The children said they 'were in love' and had been dating for a year w hen they found out she was pregnant. Th ey met over Christmas 2012 in a park when she was 10 and he was 11 going on 12.  The children welcomed a healthy daughter on Sunday April 13th 2014.   At 12 years and three months, she is five months younger than the previous youngest UK mother,  Tressa Middleton,  who gave birth at age 13.  Her mum who is only 27 is now Britain's youngest grandmother. There is a siege on Wukari Town in Taraba State as fresh reports say some Fulani Herdsmen have attacked the town. Several people have been killed while others have fled to neighbouring  villages.fulani herdsmen The residents are appealing to security forces to come to their rescue as they are being held hostage by these gunmen. For days, the community has witnessed a series of violent attacks which have been attributed to religious issues but the Police Commissioner, Kalafite Adeyemi assured the residents that everything was under control and it had no religious or political undertones. On Wednesday, the Taraba Police Command confirmed the death of seven persons in the violence which broke out overnight in Wukari. The Police Public Relations officer, ASP, Jospeh Kwaji attributed the violence to reprisal attacks by youths in the town, following alleged incessant raids by suspected herdsmen from surrounding villages. A 35-year old man, Mr. Uwem Job, on Wednesday, beheaded two of his cousins, Mr. Akaninyene Job, 45; and Ezekiel Job, 36. Two other cousins – Itoro Job and Ekemini Job – narrowly escaped death as Uwem’s machete missed their throats, but cut through their hands. They were said to have been taken to a hospital in the area. Eyewitnesses said the incident occurred around 8.10am in Ikot Nkim, Ibesikpo/Asutan Local Government Area, Akwa Ibom State. The on-going clamp down on criminals in Anambra State has landed Mr. Alphonsus Ngwu, a suspected arms dealer who is fingered for supplying arms to crime syndicates in the state in police net. Mr. Ngwu who was paraded at the Special Anti-Robbery Squad (SARS) Headquarters, Awkuzu, along with a gang of four armed robbery suspects who specialised in snatching cars from unsuspecting victims, openly confessed to newsmen that he had been a gun-runner for over fifteen years. Parading the suspects before newsmen in Awkuzu, the Police Public Relations Officer (PPRO), Mr. Emeka Chukwuemeka explained that the suspects were arrested as part of the on-going crackdown on men of the underworld in the state along with the resolve of the Willie Obiano administration to achieve zero tolerance of crime in Anambra State.

A Nigerian man, Ozioma Kenneth Odeomenan has been arrested in New Delhi India with 330g of heroin worth $120,000 concealed in ladies shoes he was to export to America.  According to India police report, Ozioma was arrested after an anonymous tip-off they got on the 14th of April that a Nigerian man carrying hard drugs was coming to the Janakpuri metro station. A team of police officers laid a trap and apprehended Ozioma, who was found with 330 grams of heroin cleverly concealed in the specially made cavities in the soles of women’s sandals. The Nigerian later confessed he was heading to Mahipalpur to courier the drugs to the US. Yesterday evening we all heard the happy news that over a hundred secondary school girls abducted on Monday evening at Government Girls Secondary School Chibok had been freed by the military. But unfortunately this information is not true. Parents of the missing girls, the principal of the school and Borno state governor told reporters this morning that the military lied about the rescue operation as the girls were still missing. A woman who is pretending to be mentally-challenged escaped being lynched by angry mob on Wednesday in Lagos after she was allegedly caught with N100,000, two BlackBerry phones and an android phone. According to report from the scene of the incident around Onabanjo Street, Oworonshoki, Lagos, it was learnt that the incident occurred around 10am. The woman has been arrested and taking to station. A policeman who spoke on the condition of anonymity, said attempts to verify the allegations were fruitless. I don't even know if she is a mad woman." Following consistent complains across the country, the Nigerian soldiers went in search of the kidnapped girls of Government Girls' Secondary School, in Chibok, and as at the last count, the soldiers have been able to free majority of them through an ongoing Search & Rescue operations. The soldiers remain in hot pursuit of Boko Haram militants in their intervention and search and rescue move to return the innocent girls to their family. A Nigerian military spokesman said the operation will continue in order to ensure the safety of the remaining students is ongoing in the suspected areas.
