Preye, who is said to be the son of the Chairman of the Governing Board, National Youth Service Corps, Chief Gordon Bozimo, has been allegedly shot by suspected operatives of the Department of State Security in Bayelsa State. Preye was said to have been shot in the stomach in Peretimi Hotels located at Imgbi Road, Yenagoa, Bayelsa State, where he had lodged. The victim alleged that the manager of the hotel hired operatives of the Department of State Security to shoot him. He said on Sunday that three suspected DSS operatives were personally led by the manager of the hotel to deal with him and finally shoot him in the stomach. It was learnt that following the incident, the hotel was shut down for about five days after some of the workers were arrested, detained and later released by the police. So Chelsea and Arsenal battled it out today...and of course Chelsea won 2-0. Duh, we always win! Lol. But 20 minutes into the match, Arsenal coach Arsene Wenger walked over to Chelsea coach Jose Mourinho and pushed him after they disagreed over a tackle by a Chelsea player on an Arsenal player. While protesting to an official over the tackle, Wenger walked too close to Mourinho's side and Mourinho also started protesting to an official. An angry Wenger walked up to Mourinho and pushed him in the chest and of course Mourinho pushed him back. Other officials broke them up. The two coaches didn't shake hands after the match! Hehe. A Liberian passenger has been quarantined by CDC officials after showing symptoms of Ebola. According to ABC news, the man traveling with his daughter on a United Airlines flight from Brussels was reported vomiting as they landed in New Jersey.He was intercepted at Newark Liberty International Airport and they were both removed from the plane by a CDC crew in full Hazmat attire, The remaining passengers have been allowed to leave after being quarantined on the Boeing 777 at Gate B54 for nearly two hours after landing at about noon, according to FlightAware's activity log.  Reports claim the passenger was found to be noncontagious after initial examinations. The man is believed to have flown from Liberia via Brussels, Belgium - the same route taken by Thomas Eric Duncan, the first person to be diagnosed with Ebola in the United States

A British man has been jailed  for four years after killing his friend who 'poked' his girlfriend on Facebook.Scott Humphrey repeatedly punched Richard Rovetto during a row in a cab .Humphrey, 27, angrily asked Mr Rovet  "If you're such a good friend why did you poke my missus?"  According to NY Daily news,while he struck him,"Richard Rovetto said he didn't know it was his girlfriend,as the exchange became more heated."  Humphrey then struck 29-year-old Mr Rovetto, causing him to bleed from the nose - then delivered the fatal blow, knocking his friend to floor and causing him to bang his head on the pavement. Father-of-one Mr Rovetto, suffered devastating head injuries and died in hospital hours later. Humphrey fled the scene but later handed himself in to police.

A 42 year old man who allegedly impregnated his 16 year old daughter in Oyo state has been arrested by the state police command. According to  Sunday Sun , the JSS 2 student was repeatedly raped by her own father after she'd left her mum and gone to live with him. Oyo State Com­missioner of Police, Kola Sodipo said on the night she was first raped, the father had asked the victim to undress, but when she refused and attempted to escape, he threatened her with a cut­lass and then raped her.
