Yes! Magazine Replies Harrysong, Insists He Did Say His Parents Are Siblings

Image
Yes! Magazine quoted singer Harrysong as saying his parents are siblings in an interview with them a while back. Harrysong released a statement some days ago denying he ever made the comment. The magazine editors have now released their own statement insisting that he did say it. Our attention has been drawn to a very disparaging comment from Harrysong, an up and coming artiste over an interview we conducted with him at Kcee's Omole Phase 2, Ikeja, Lagos home.  As a responsible medium, Yes International! had wanted to ignore him and his deliberate act of mischief. But on a second thought, we decided otherwise, because in our considered opinion, it will be suicidal to disregard the young man's insinuations and cheap blackmail. However, we are also not unaware of Harrysong's ignorance and this again is a restraining factor on our side. Continue

SHOCKING: The Names Of Boko Haram Sponsors Exposed?

Image
We are living in interesting times in Nigeria and nothing should be taken for granted any more: Few days after a popular spiritualist, Alhaji Goni who his based in Adamawa State, threatened to make public the names of Boko Haram sponsors in the North, another spiritualist said he has already exposed them. “I had told President Goodluck Jonathan those behind these nest of killers (Boko Haram) through several publications. I have asked the President to arrest them before now because they said that since power did not return to the North after the 2011 general elections, they would make the nation ungovernable.  “The spirit of the creator is against them. They are going to be dealt with. I will call them to order in the interest of innocent Nigerians, enough of the bloodletting.

Stealing In Church: Pastor Adeboye Warns Redeemed Pastors

Image
These are not good times in Redeemed Christian Church of God as the church’s respected Genera; Overseer, Pastor Enoch Adejare Adeboye is not happy with some of his pastors. And this is not unconnected with the several reports reaching him about the fraudulent practices of some of the pastors. According to reports, some of them engage in sharp practices with church money, which has been a source of headache to the humble clergy for a while. Thus, Pastor Adeboye has issued a serious warning to Redeemed Church pastors over accountability and stewardship. He admonished all those involved in all forms of dishonest practices to stop it or face the wrath of God.  In a letter given to all the workers, specific instructions were handed down: All pastors must be more accountable in their financial dealings. Daddy G.O., as he is foundly called by all and sundry, also encouraged the pastors to be responsible for their flocks by taking good care of them. Encomium Weekly reports that to guard

America Joins The Search For The Abducted 200 School Girls

Image
The United States of America and Britain have joined the search for the 200 girls abducted from Government Girls Secondary School, Chibok, Borno, by the dreaded Boko Haram sect. Nigerian soldiers had initially claimed that it had rescued all but 18 of the girls. But the school principal, Asabe Kwabura, debunked the military’s claim. Also, parents who tried to rescue the children from Sambisa Forest where they are reportedly being kept by Boko Haram had to turn back when they learnt that the sect was heavily armed and that they might lose their lives if they should move further into the forest. But giving the new development, already some critical arrests have been made…

#FRAUD: Actress Laide Bakare In Big Mess, Husband on The Run, EFCC Takes Over Property

Image
This is a serious matter. My dear ladies, marrying a super rich man is a good thing, but are you ready for all his hidden issues and secret dealings that could come out when you least expect and change the status quo? Few weeks ago, Laide Bakare’s husband, Alhaji Atanda Orilowo told us that he is not on the run and that the EFCC did not follow due process before declaring him wanted. He said he is around and will go to court to put a stop to the intimidation by EFCC and settle all the issue once and for all. But, funny enough, that did not happen. And EFCC say they didn’t see the man and the money he is accused of embezzling is in billions. Now they have obtained a forfeiture order on all his choice property, including his big filling stations in Lagos and the new boutique he opened for actress Laide Bakare

South Korean PM resigns over ferry

Image
South Korean Prime Minister Chung Hong-won has offered his resignation amid criticism of the government’s handling of the sinking of a passenger ferry.  In a statement, a sombre Mr Chung said the “cries of the families of those missing still keep me up at night”. The Sewol ferry with 476 people on board – most of them students and teachers – sank off South Korea on 16 April. Officials have confirmed 187 died, but scores are missing presumed drowned. Furious relatives have repeatedly criticised what they see as the slowness of the recovery operation. “The right thing for me to do is to take responsibility and resign as a person who is in charge of the cabinet,” Mr Chung said in a brief televised statement. “On behalf of the government, I apologise for many problems from the prevention of the accident to the early handling of the disaster.” He added: “There have been so many varieties of irregularities that have continued in every corner of our society and practices that have go
