Ini, who doubles as a producer will open her new investment on Wednesday, September 30, 2015. Mimz has a prime location,and apart from night clubbing will also be serving sumptuous African and Continental dishes at it's restaurant , plus exotic drinks. It's arooftop lounge . Mimz also boast of a tastefully furnished guest house. The event will be hosted by OAP and hypeman; Dotun, with several A-list Celebrities expected to grace the event. Chris Brown took to his instagram page to deny reports that he's been denied visa to enter Australia for his December show after a government official announced her intention to block his entry into the country because of his 2009 domestic violence conviction. He's since deleted the post above... Chris Brown's One Hell of Night Tour is scheduled to kick off Dec. 9 in Perth and end Dec. 16 in Brisbane, Australia but he may not enter the country. According to new reports, immigration officials have moved forward with their plans to block him. Just yesterday, he was given an official “notice of intention to consider refusal” of his visa application and he has 28 days to appeal.

As the October 31st deadline for the Bank Verification Number registration draws nearer, the Central Bank of Nigeria has warned that it will not be extending the deadline for the registration exercise.  The apex bank last week said 32 million Nigerians are yet to do their registration.

RnB star Siqso has filed a $3.6 million lawsuit, claiming he was not paid the royalties he was due for his 1999 kitsch classic, Thong Song.  TMZ  reports below S isqo ’s not done getting paid for his biggest hit “Thong Song” … he’s fired off another lawsuit, this time against the company he says jacked more than half a million dollars of his royalties.  Sisqo says he hired 27 Red Music to collect royalties from various music publishing companies. 27 Red was supposed to get funds for all his music released between 1996 and 2005 ... which, of course, includes the '99 mega hit. Sisqo says the company collected alright ... but failed to hand over $600,000 to him! He wants all that dough, plus $3 million in punitive damages.

The South African actress whose identity will be revealed tomorrow when she appears in court was arrested at Tambo International Airport on Sunday, September 27, as she arrived from Abu Dhabi, South African Revenue Service said in a statement‚ describing it as “a significant seizure”. The actress‚ who has appeared in several soapies including Scandal and Isidingo had unsuccessfully tried to slip past Customs officials. Officials discovered 15.4 kilograms of ephedrine in her bag. SARS said the narcotics have an estimated street value of R4.6 million. "The passenger‚ who was proceeding through the ‘Nothing to declare channel-Green channel’‚ was stopped by Customs officials for her bags to be scanned. The scanning of her one bag showed up suspicious images. President Buhari has ordered the National Hajj Commission and the Nigerian Embassy in Saudi Arabia to urgently account for all Nigerian pilgrims in the aftermath of the stampede that happened in Makka last Thursday. In a statement released by his Senior Special Assistant Garba Shehu, Pres. Buhari gave the directive following conflicting reports on the number of Nigerians who died or suffered injuries in the catastrophe which claimed well over 700 lives. The statement states that President Buhari is very concerned that days after the unfortunate incident, some Nigerian families are still grappling with painful uncertainty over the fate of their relatives who traveled to Saudi Arabia for this year's Hajj. He has also ordered the National Hajj Commission to work with the various state pilgrim boards, Islamic organisations and private travel agencies involved in Hajj operations to speedily provide a confirmed and verifiable report on the status of every Nigeria...

But following his split from long time partner, Kourtney Kardashian, the 32 year old father of three said he's 'not worried' about money because he's always been able to make cash so he's "feeling good" about what the future holds. Some bloggers and activists have been tweeting about the arrest of social a media commentator named Ojo Emmanuel on Sat urday  evening by men of the Nigeria Police force allegedly on the order of the Ogun State Governor, Ibikunle Amosun. The alleged crime against him was that he made a Facebook post against the governor's wife. While there he was forced to write a statement and when he remained adamant to do that he was beaten blue, black and the content of the statement they desire dictated to him. All attempts to get his pregnant wife have access to him proved abortive and as at  9:40pm   on Sunday  he was transferred to the Eleweran prison. No one has been granted access to him till now. Not even his lawyer. All these people thinking it's okay to arrest and brutalize people because of their opinion. OK!

31-year-old Zaheda Peters died on Saturday, September 26 after her ex boyfriend, Warrant Officer Nevell du Toit, 44, shot her twice outside her Strand home in Strand, South Africa on September 14. After pumping a bullet into her shoulder and head and leaving her for dead in the street, Du Toit ended his own life with his service pistol. The mother of two at first showed signs of recovery, but later her condition deteriorated dramatically and on Saturday afternoon her life support was switched off.  Du Toit is alleged to have turned violent after discovering that Peters was romantically involved with a young 22-year-old rugby player. Days before the attack, Du Toit, who is also the coach of Macassar Rugby B-team, allegedly threatened to shoot both Peters and her new lover.
