T he National Judicial Council on Tuesday replaced a former President of the Court of Appeal, Justice Ayo Salami, as the head of the Corruption and Financial Crime Cases Trial Monitoring Committee. A statement by the Director of Information of the NJC, Mr. Soji, stated that Salami was replaced by a retired Justice of the Supreme Court, Justice Suleiman Galadima. The replacement followed last week’s resignation of Salami as the chairman of the 16-man committee. Justice Salami had reportedly turned in his resignation letter before a date for the committee’s inauguration could be announced. ?The NJC stated that the Justice Galadima-led committee would be inaugurated on Wednesday, November 1. Enyeobi Donatus admitted in the post that he has raped before, then called out everyone who told him the post was inappropriate. P resident Buhari today disclosed plans by his administration to appoint more ministers into his cabinet. He announced this while speaking at the National Executive Council meeting of the All Progressives Congress (APC) in Abuja. He said he will also make more board appointments in response to demand from members of his party. “Last year I said we would re-constitute the Boards of Parastatals. N ollywood actor, Jim Iyke has accused the founder and General Overseer of the Synagogue Church of All Nations, Prophet T.B Joshua of taking advantage him during his mother’s ailment.
