Cristiano Ronaldo today came face to face with a scantily clad life-size double of himself in Tokyo where he is presently to promote an electric muscle stimulator for sculpting a washboard stomach. The near-nude cyber-clone was unveiled by Japanese scientists who created the silicon dummy with a 3-D scan of Ronaldo's body using 110 micro cameras. The clone also has moving facial features  "It's perfect," Ronaldo smiled as he checked out the clone with fluttering eyelids and roving eyes. "I have to say he looks just like me. I would be a liar if I said it doesn't. I love it." he said

Man impersonates policeman for 12 years(Photo)

The police in Lagos have arrested 33-year-old Godwin Akhenamen, who allegedly claimed to be a policeman for about 12 years. Akhenamen was arrested on Tuesday, June 30, by policemen attached to the X-squad Department around the Ikeja area.Punch gathered that Akhenamen, who was arrested in uniform, was apprehended while on a fake duty post in a business district. A police source said the suspect wore a uniform meant for spy policemen, while the force number on his uniform was “unusual”. It was gathered that some policemen near the area confronted Akhenamen and when he failed to produce his identity card, he was arrested. It was learnt that the suspect, however, held on to his claim as a policeman, adding that his uniform was abnormal as a result of a fault by his fashion designer.However, when he was whisked to the X-squad office, it was learnt that Akhenamen confessed to the crime, adding that he had never used the uniform to arrest or intimidate anyone. 45-year old Lawrence Agbe (pictured above) was yesterday July 7th arrested by security officials at the Muritala Mohammed International Airport Ikeja Lagos while trying to transport fake dollar bills totaling $2.1 million from Lagos to Abuja.  While speaking on the arrest, the Commissioner of Police for the command, Mr. Fredrick Lakanu, said during interrogation Lawrence said the fake dollar bills were owned by one Steve. "After further interrogation, the suspect mentioned one Steve residing in Abuja as the owner of the said €1.25m. But Steve is at large.”CP Lakanu said

According to Felix Anyansi-Agwu, chairman of the NFF Technical and Development Committee, they are in talks with Oliseh to coach the Super Eagles following Keshi's sack. Saraki meets CBN gov, advises him on how to save N30bn

Senate President, Bukola Saraki met with the Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Godwin Emefiele and advised on how he could possibly curb corruption in Nigeria. The Presidency has rubbished claims by the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) that President Muhammadu Buhari’s bailout funds for the state was gotten from savings of former Nigerian President, Goodluck Jonathan. On the 5th of July,2015, 4 alleged members of the Ikorodu Bank robbers were paraded by the police .They confessed to helping the robbers cat away their loot but claimed contrary to reports,there was no lady in the group. However,eyewitnesses insist a lady decorated with bullets and charms was part of the group that stormed Ebute Ipakodo, Ogolonto area of Ikorodu, where they attacked the branches of First Bank Plc and Zenith Bank Plc, and carted away about N100 million. Mastermind of Jos & Zaria bomb blasts arrested by Nigerian military

The Nigerian military says it has arrested a mastermind of the bomb blast that rocked the city of Jos, Plateau state and Zaria, Kaduna state. Twin bomb explosion killed over 40 people in Jos on July 5th while over 25 persons were confirmed dead in the Zaria bomb yesterday July 7th.

14 people were killed by suspected Fulani herdsmen while traveling from their village, Sho village in Riyom LGA in Plateau state to Barkin Ladi for their BVN registration. The 14, according to, Langs Bulus, were given a mass burial yesterday July 7th in Sho village and was witnessed by the state Police commissioner Mr Nasir Oki. North Korean leader 'executes aquarium boss' after baby turtles starve to death

North Korean leader Kim Jong-un is reported to have executed the boss of an aquarium after several dozen baby turtles starved to death. Kim is pictured above berating staff during a visit to the terrapin farm in February this year. The tyrant became angry after workers claimed many baby reptiles were dying because of frequent power outages and a lack of adequate food supplies. He then ordered the execution of the terrapin farm's manager, who was taken outside and shot to death, according to South Korea news agency the DailyNK. An unnamed North Korean source told the paper "The manager was shot and killed after Kim Jong-un made his field guidance tour to the terrapin farm near Taedong River in Pyongyang. He was executed because some of the tanks were not adequately supplied with food and water, leading to the death of a lot of terrapins.”

4yr old girl died after swallowing lithium battery ..doctors didn't know what was wrong with her

4 year old Summer Steer died in 2013 after swallowing a small lithium battery - she was taken to the hospital 3 times after she started vomiting blood but doctors didn't know what was wrong with her. According to ABC News, an inquest heard that Summer went into cardiac arrest after ingesting the button-shaped battery on June 30, 2013, despite doctors telling her mother she would be fine. Summer, from Queensland, Australia, was taken to Noosa Hospital after she began complaining of a sore stomach, a high temperature and black bowel movements. She later began vomiting blood and collapsed at home after being discharged by doctors. Her mother, Andrea Shoesmith, gave evidence at an inquest into her daughter's death yesterday July 7th. She told the inquest she took Summer to the family doctor on June 13 and 17 after she began feeling unwell.
