The verbal assaults between Femi Fani-Kayode, director of media and publicity for the PDP presidential campaign organisation, and members of the All Progressives Congress (APC) took a new turn on Monday.  Reacting to the criticisms directed at him for insinuating that Yemi osibanjo, the running mate to APC’s presidential candidate, was planning to step down for Bola Tinubu, Fani-Kayode pointed accusing fingers at Tinubu over the death of Funsho Williams Williams, a gubernatorial candidate in Lagos, was murdered under controversial circumstances on July 27, 2006.  “I do not believe in violence and I do not threaten people neither do any of my boys or any of those behind me,” Fani-Kayode wrote on Facebook. “Tinubu should not start this. It appears the Beautiful Ghanaian actress, Nadia Buari who has been off the movie screen for awhile now was pregnant. According to recent reports, the actress has given birth to a set of twins. This was confirmed by her father, Alhaji Sidiku Buari on Myjoyonline.com this morning. He said, “It’s true. She brought forth twins alright, that is true. I’m confirming [it] as the father.” Mr. Buari also disclosed that she gave birth outside the country but he however did not disclose where. Though the father of the babies still remains unknown, it is known that the actress has been in an on and off relationship with Nollywood actor, Jim Iyke. The pair even engaged in March 2014 on one of the editions of Jim Iykes reality show “Jim Iyke Unscripted” but Buari ended the relationship citing irreconcilable difference. The Resident Electoral Commissioner of the Independent National Electoral Commission in Ogun State, Chief Timothy Ibitoye, has said 555 Permanent Voter Cards, belonging to dead people, have been uncovered among the ones brought to the state for registered voters. He disclosed this on Monday in Abeokuta while briefing journalists about the progress made so far by the commission in the distribution of PVCs in the state. Ibitoye, who said the PVCs were in the custody of the commission, said they belonged to deceased persons collated from the 20 local government areas in the state. He said, “We had gone to all the local government areas in the state and we asked our officers to write out the names of those who were yet to collect their PVCs. We were able to get the number from this collation. APC VP candidate, Prof. Yemi Osinbajo took to twitter to correct the assertion that the old man in the pic making the rounds is related to him. He also tweeted that his own father died on the 22nd of July, 1996. And that his mother, who is 82yrs old, is alive and well in Lagos.

The All Progressives Congress, APC, has said contrary to the information being peddled by the spokesman of the Jonathan Campaign Organization, Femi Fani-Kayode, the party does not wish him any ill health, even though it is seriously concerned about his mental state. “No, we have never and will never wish anyone any ill health. UK Ministry of Defense says it has information about the missing Chibok girls but cannot share it with Nigeria because   according to them, revealing details of what it found about the whereabouts of the abducted girls would clearly damage its relationship with Nigeria and other allies.   According to  Punch , this revelation came after an independent security organization, Security In Africa, who planned to storm the Sambisa forest to rescue the girls, wrote a letter to UK government asking for any information they had on the missing girls. Continue... 16 year old SS1 student, Abdulateef Asamu (pictured above) has been arrested by the Ogun state Police command for robbing and raping his neighbor, a 52 year old woman at Lambe area of Ajuwon, Ogun state on January 18th. According to  Tribune , the police said that Abdulateef, the first son of his parents, broke into the woman's home late at night, threatened her with a weapon and demanded she bring out all the money she had at home. He took about N16,500 from her and then asked her to lie down so he could have sex with her. He lied to the woman that he had his gang outside her home who would come in if she didn't obey him. Out of fear, the woman who was alone at home that night, agreed and he proceeded to rape her... Unknown to him, the woman had recognized him as her neighbors teenage son. I just got an email from an Arik Air pilot who wants to remain anonymous. Below is his side of the story about the incident that happened at Abuja airport yesterday. His version below... Yesterday in Abuja, arik air was to operate a scheduled flight from Abuja to Sokoto  at 8am . But the flight was canceled. Passengers got angry and anxious to know when they'll leave Abuja. Then a bombardier Q400 aircraft was provided to fly them to Sokoto by  1pm . As they boarded, the pilot announced the plane had a snag so he disembarked the Sokoto passengers. Angry passengers got haywire on the ramp where aircraft were parked and hijacked 3 Arik aircraft from taking off. I was to fly to Benin from Abuja  3pm  flight. Angry Passengers sat on the foot of the Aircraft blocking Benin passenger from boarding Pilots got angry and called it hijacked in an international airport. Another sister aircraft tried to start its engines, and after starting, angry Sokoto passengers stood in
