FIRST PHOTOS: Kim Kardashian and Kanye West says We Do Says Their Vows #Kimyeweds

They've spent millions, flown hundreds of guests across the Atlantic and monopolised the world's attention.

And as Kim Kardashian and Kanye West said their vows on a hilltop overlooking Florence, it all came together in spectacular fashion.

The first picture to emerge shows the pair standing together in front of rows and rows of their 600 guests - who MailOnline understand did not include Kanye's friends Beyonce and Jay Z.

With Kim dressed in a modest white, the guests stand as she comes face to face with Kanye West, who appears to be wearing black.
Kim's bridesmaids, clad all in white, are placed at the front of the guests, as the couple appear to clasp hands.
A wall of white peonies and roses at least 20ft high, partially shields the couple from onlookers on the hilltop at the 16th century Forte di Belvedere.

The massive wall, which was visible atop the fort's roof on Saturday, is a larger version of the one Kanye sent his wife to celebrate Mothers' Day this month.


Speaking moments after the ceremony to E! News, who film the family's reality show Keeping Up With The Kardashians, Kris Jenner said she was 'beyond bursting with happiness for Kim, Kanye and baby North.' 
'Such a magical, romantic wedding!' she added. 'I feel blessed to have my new son and his family as part of ours.'

During the ceremony Italian tenor Andrea Bocelli serenaded Kim and Kanye with several of his songs, including Con te Partiro. The 55-year-old, who is blind, arrived clasping the hand of wife Veronica, who he wed in March after 12 years together.
A source told People.com that Rich Wilkerson Jr, a pastor from North Miami, performed the nuptials.
The wedding was organised by long-time Kardashian family friend and celebrity event planner Sharon Sacks - with much direction from Kanye.
Sacks also planned Kim's second wedding to Kris Humphries in 2011.

Kanye appeared to be very nervous beforehand, swigging obsessively from a bottle of water.
An eyewitness said: 'It was funny how nervous he was.
'He clearly knew the gravity of what he was about to do. This morning he was all smiles, but as it got closer, you could see that the nerves were kicking in.
'It's common for most grooms. I've seen it all before.'

Despite the huge guest list it is not thought Beyonce and Jay Z joined the couple for their big day.

Indeed, even as the wedding was taking place, the pop star posted a make-up free selfie of herself in bed, hair braided messily.

Her husband was widely expected to be the best man at the nuptials, although it is now thought he also did not attend.

They certainly missed an incredible party, with guests including rapper Common, Vogue's Andre Leon Talley, celebrity magician David Blaine, designer Rachel Roy, founder of burlesque troupe The Pussycat Dolls Robin Antin, and Kim's besties LaLa Anthony and Brittny Gastineau all seen leaving their Florence hotel dressed in their wedding finery.

Other guests include Chrissy Teigen, John Legend, Lorraine Schwartz and Q-Tip.

According to US magazine the guests will break bread together sitting family style, albeit a luxury version, rather than individual tables.
They will dine together on 'an impressive 70-metre-long marble banquet table' which was a gift from master craftsman Gualtiero Vannelli which used marble from Tuscan quarry in Carrara.
And as Kim can finally relax her strict low carb diet, they will feast on traditional Italian food with an 'innovative' twist at the reception.

Another source told E! News that Kim arrived at the wedding venue with her grandmother, Mary Jo Shannon, shortly after catching a private jet from Paris with her bridal party.

This included sisters, Kourtney and Khloé Kardashian, and mother, Kris Jenner, fresh from the pre-wedding celebration at the Palace of Versailles on Friday night.

Rapper Kanye West arrived alone about 90 minutes earlier.

An eyewitness said: 'A convoy of cars arrived at around 3pm local time. Kim was in the first car, which was a Mercedes-Benz.

'They drove the car right up and her assistant opened the door and Kim dashed in. She looked to be wearing white.

'Kourtney was carrying her daughter Penelope and her son Mason - in a red-striped outfit - followed behind.

'Kris Jenner got out of second car wearing a black suit. And she put a big professional camera on a strap on her shoulders. She has obviously been taking professional pictures to remember the occasion.'

The family's entourage carried large dress bags with them as the group made their way in to the venue.

At least 20 SUVs drove into the venue - all with at least five people on board - one of whom is rumoured to be Canadian pop sensation Justin Bieber.
