How Dr. SID’s white wedding cost over N25m + Dr Sid reacts to reports his wedding cost N25million

The wedding which held at Lagos Oriental Hotel on Lekki-Epe expressway, was graced by several members of the Esiri and Osomo families, friends and colleagues of the couple.

The grand ball room of the Lagos Oriental Hotel where the wedding held is usually rented for between N1.5m to N3m.

According to report, Simi’s engagement ring cost a staggering N1, 302, 000 ($8,000), her Melange white gold wedding band from the luxurious Frost jewelry store in London cost N2, 278,500 ($14,000), while her wedding gown cost 500k.

The grooms suit a bespoke Tom Ford suit was said to have cost 650k.

Dr Sid’s wedding was well-organized by the bespoke wedding design and planning outfit, The Wedding Company, who also handled musician Darey Art Alade’s wedding to wife Deola and Basketmouth’s wedding to Elsie. They were reportedly paid 6million for their service.
The wedding reception venue was said to be decorated by Uche Majekodunmi’s Newton and David for N2million.

A family source revealed that their gigantic white wedding cake cost a little more than N2m.

There were a variety of delicacies, from canapés, to ice creams and barbecues. All sorts of drinks were also available, from soft drinks, to beer, spirits, wines, to champagnes, all totaling up to approximately N5m.

UK based Celebrity DJ, Producer and songwriter, Florence Otedola a.k.a DJ Cuppy alongside DJ Xclusive were on deck to spin on the turntables and they reportedly cost N2million.

Other expenses include, Security 500k, other clothing items of the couple 600k.

All totaling up to about N25million.

The lovely couple had their traditional wedding on July 27 at the Ark Event center, Lagos state.



There was a report earlier today that Dr Sid's wedding to Simi Osomo cost a whopping N25million.
In the report, it was claimed that their wedding venue cost between N1.5million to N3million. Simi’s engagement ring cost a staggering N1.3million. Her Melange white gold wedding band cost N2.2m. Her wedding gown cost N500k. Dr Sid's Tom Ford cost N650k. The wedding company paid N6m. Wedding venue decoration supposedly cost N2m, while the wedding cake cost N2m. The food and drinks reportedly cost N2m. DJs, and security cost about N2.5m...etc etc...
But Dr Sid took to twitter to dismiss the claims.
