The man in the pic is a suspected thief who allegedly tried to steal from a woman along the tollgate axis by 7up road in Ikeja, Lagos. He was reportedly apprehended by passersby after the woman raised an alarm. And we all know that jungle justice was the next thing. He wasn't killed though
