Eminem's New Look Explained! Why the Rapper's Face Is So Much Thinner

Slim Shady is looking especially, well, slim these days. Eminem caused a bit of a stir earlier this month when he took the stage at the Wall Street Journal's Innovator of the Year Awards in New York City on Nov. 5.

The Grammy winner, 42 -- real name: Marshall Mathers -- looked noticeably thinner than he has in the past. Fans worried his newly angular face was a sign that he wasn't well, but a source reveals in the new issue of Us Weekly that it's actually quite the opposite.

A friend of the six-years-sober rapper tells Us that his new look is a good thing. The pal credits the change to Eminem making better choices for himself and his body -- like exercise.
"He jogs and eats well," the source says of the star, who has been to rehab twice. "He's healthy and happy!"

As you read this, the over 200 female students abducted on April 14 from Government Girls School,Chibok, in Borno State are passing through hard times, with some of them being rapéd for as much as 15 times a day. One of the abducted girls who managed to escape made this shocking revelations.
