This is getting embarrassing: Nicki Minaj suffered a nip slip on Wednesday's Watch What Happens Live and as her fans know it wasn't the first one

These little wardrobe accidents are getting to be a habit for Nicki Minaj.
The 32-year-old singer had jaws dropping and eyes bulging when she flashed a hint of nipple on Wednesday's Watch What Happens Live.

It wasn't the first time Nicki has given fans a sneak peek of her bosom, but it sure felt like the first time for those shocked Bravo viewers who turned in to hear her chat with host Andy Cohen.

The energetic Cohen introduced his guest by saying, 'On the most important day of the year. It's an Andy Cohen spectacular It's Nicki Minaj everybody!' .

The camera then panned in close on Nicki - and her 'spectacular' nip slip that was seen by everyone watching the show for a few minutes until censors stepped in and blurred the image.
The singer seemed totally unaware of her wardrobe malfunction as she sat smiling on the couch, clapping along with the live audience.

'Spectacular': Andy Cohen's guest was spectacular all right thanks to a skintight outfit that featured a zipper top with plunging neckline  

Causing a stir: Nicki seemed unaware of the effect she was causing with that wardrobe slip
Social media banter: Nicki's latest wardrobe malfunction had many Bravo watchers tweeting things such as 'trying to be classy, and you had a nip slip' 
He cares: Andy asked Nicki about that other fall of the dress during the VMAs and she said, 'I just felt like I wanted to crawl under a freaking rock'

Toba and Muda The Lagos State Police Command has arrested alleged serial killer, Adigun Oriyomi, aka Muda, after five months of being on the run. The command also arrested two others, including the alleged gang leader in the Fadeyi area of the state, Toba Ajiboye. PUNCH Metro had reported that Muda was arrested last year for murder and was charged to court and remanded, but was later released. After his release, Muda was said to have gone after those who wrote statements against him at the police station and was said to be involved in about four more murders, including that of a pregnant woman and her three-year-old child in the Akala area of Mushin.
