Abdul Hussein had allegedly buried his daughter to chest level before being interrupted

A father was arrested for attempting to bury his own daughter alive – simply because he wanted a son, Tripura, India.


Abdul Hussein never wanted to have a daughter and one day when his wife was out he took advatage of the situation and tried to bury their own 10-year-old daughter alive. He prudently dug a hole at the garden, tied the girl up, put tape over her mouth and threw her in there.

Hussein put a bamboo basket over the head of his unnamed daughter and leisurely started to fill the hole with earth. Fortunately, the girl’s mother raised the alarm and asked neighbours to search for her little daughter. At the moment when the terrified girl was almost buried neighbours found her and managed to set her free.

Later the man was seriously beaten up by his neighbours before they called the police .He was arrested and now faces a charge of attempted murder. This is not the first time when parents kill their children for one reason or another. Lately we featured a story about the man who strangled his five children to gain some magic powers.
