Pastor Tunde Bakare of the Latter Rain Assembly has come down hard on those accusing him of taking bribe to campaign against President Goodluck Jonathan.

Apparently reacting to speculations in some quarters that he had been paid an undisclosed amount of money to campaign against the candidacy of Jonathan of the PDP, Bakare said will punish whoever is accusing him of taking bribe.

Speaking to his congregants on Sunday in a video uploaded by Sahara Reporters, the cleric said he has not said anything that has not been said before.

He therefore challenged those accusing him to come forward with proof.

Bakare was Buhari’s running mate in 2011 under the platform of the defunct Congress for Progress Change, CPC. They lost the presidential election to Goodluck Jonathan.
