Fayose Needs A Psychiatric Test, Says Kwankwaso…Asks the Ekiti Governor to Watch His Mouth

Kano State Government has joined other well meaning Nigerians in condemning the many utter rubbish, belittling jargons and gutter statement credited to Peter Ayodele Fayose, Governor Of Ekiti.

The Governor, while attending to questions raised by reporters in Lagos this afternoon about the statement credited to Ayodele Fayose that he (Kwankwaso), Atiku and some other Northern leaders in APC are technically leaving the party back to PDP.

Alh. Musa Kwankwaso expressed his concern for the people of Ekiti State particular Yoruba who are vastly educated, respected and honourable people in the world.

In his words, “I served in Ogun State during my service year. There, I was able to know that Yoruba people are respectable people, vastly intelligent, accommodating and reliably instructive when they talk.

They have the likes Prof Wole Soyinka, Lateef Jakande, Olusegun Obasanjo, M.K.O Abiola, , Bola Ige, Obafemi Awolowo, Prof Osofisan and the Asiwaju Bola Tinubu. These people will never in any way denigrate the culture of the Yorubas the way Gov Fayose is doing. I don’t really know what has gone wrong him. When I was Governor between 1999 to 2003, I had met and speak with him before on salient issues. But, when I listen to him these days I feel terribly bad and ashamed for the people of Ekiti.

In all sincerity these are trying times for the people Ekiti. I stand to respect them more for enduring Fayose this much, because Gov Fayose is a disgraced to many of us as colleagues. I would have recommends “Dawanau” for him if he were to be from Kano State. He really needs a test”.

The Governor, further assured Nigerians that All Progressives Congress is a party to beat in the coming elections. Nothing can make him leave APC for a failing Party, PDP. I can’t stand with failures to challenge success. It is time we stop taking Fayos serious, he has simply lost his taste as leaders.
