Buhari to US govt: Provide Nigeria more aid against Boko Haram, 'without strings'

President Buhari this afternoon called on the US government to provide Nigeria with aids against Boko Haram without any strings attached. President Buhari made the call while delivering his speech at the US Institute of Peace. Tweets and video of what he said below.
