NHRC Chairman reacts to Nigerian Army Statement about photo of soldiers maltreating a civilian, Nigerian Army responds

The Chairman, National Human Rights Commisson, reacted to the Statement by army spokesman Col. Usman qho questioned the editorial judgement of Daily Trust in releasing the photo which doesn't cast a good image for them. The NHRC took to twitter to slam the statement by the Army as offensive & counter-productive. More of his tweets and the response from the army below
